How do I reset my password?
On the login page, choose “Forgot password” and enter your email — you'll get a reset link. You sign in to the web admin with the same email and password as the DocketPro mobile app, so resetting in one place updates both. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact us.
How do I invite team members?
Company owners and admins can invite members from the Team section of the web admin. Add a teammate's email and assign them a role; they'll receive an invitation to create their login. Roles and permissions control what each member can see and do — you can manage these under Roles.
How does billing work?
Every company starts with a 10-day free trial — no card required. When it ends we'll email you your plan options. After that DocketPro is billed per company on a monthly subscription through Stripe, and one subscription covers your whole team. You choose and manage your plan on the Billing page, and can change or cancel any time via the Stripe customer portal. Only an owner or admin can change the plan.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion from within the DocketPro mobile app, or by emailing support@docketpro.com.au. Because DocketPro is a team app, some records you created may be retained by your company as business records even after your personal account is removed. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What’s the difference between the app and the web admin?
Crews use the mobile app on site to raise dockets, complete prestarts and capture photos and signatures. Owners and office staff use the web admin to manage machines, jobs, team members, roles and billing. Both share the same account and data.
